Bookers North Weald 08:30 for 09:05 depart
Blackmore around 09:35 wait till cars come through
Southchurch Park East arrive after 10:00

IMPORTANT HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION

  • Tall vehicles: there is a 12' 6 bridge on route, please see organisers if this is an issue

  • Please be aware of cyclists on route and proceed with caution

  • You must not exceed walking pace whilst driving on the show site

  • Drip trays or cardboard must be placed under your vehicle engine (council requirement)

  • You must not move your vehicle before 4:30pm; if you require movement before this time please see a marshal

  • Drone usage must be sensible and within CAA regulations.

  • NO Fires, BBQs, Gas Cookers or naked flames on site (cookers fitted in campers are permitted)

  • You must not run your engine unless you are ready to move.
